Immigrants seeking asylum are having children ripped from their arms. Daca recipients and transgender people serving honorably in the Military have had promises made to them by the government of the United States broken. Women are losing their right to choose and LGBTQ people are losing their right to exist. Police are beating and killing unarmed people who don’t resist. Republicans have exploded the debt at a time when it was utterly unnecessary in exchange for a temporary economic sugar-high that they hope to use to consolidate their power this year. We are shitting on our allies, breaking deals and coddling dictators. We are ignoring the environment in favor of letting fossil fuel patriarchal dinosaurs run the world at its expense. Our health, education and infrastructure continues to corrode and erode. Deeply immoral wealth and income inequality continues to grow. Unlimited billionaire money is flowing into our elections and our government is doing NOTHING about Russian interference. Religious monsters are being given free reign to terrorize LGBTQ people in the name of ‘freedom’.
But hey, there are plenty of shitty jobs with few benefits and long hours available and the stock market is roaring. What a terrible joke this country has become.

My truck broke down and my friends came to help me push it to the gas station. While at the gas station waiting for the tow truck we were stopped and frisked because the undercover police officer said we “looked suspicious”. My brother was placed in handcuffs because he verbalized his disapproval of the illegal search. Things have to change is Dyer, IN please make this go viral Sheena M. James

I really don’t give a rip about you Republi-cons or any other associated cohort. You are the problem, not the solution.
There is no next time. Red States government have already implemented Gerrymandering, voter purges, and voter suppression to eliminate all traces of Blue votes, Blue legislative districts, Blue Congressional districts as the result of their Census Reapportionment. Red State Republi-cons are already counting at least 20 Congressional districts set to flip to Red Republi-con thanks to your Gerrymandering that your Republi-con Supreme Kangaroo Court says is ‘perfect’ly Constitutional.

The funds are part of the FDNY World Trade Center Health Program, which was established by the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010, a bill passed by Congress that provides healthcare to first responders who have suffered a range of illnesses from exposure to dust and smoke at Ground Zero.
